Strength and conditioning sessions are typically one hour long and take place at either PerformancePro in London’s West End, or Petts Wood Performance in Kent. Both are fully equipped training facilities.
The aim of a 1-1 running technique class is to develop a runner’s form by replacing their specific flaws with positive traits. Sessions are one hour long and after the class runners receive thorough feedback via email.
Presentations and workshops can be modified to cater for a range of groups, from new runners through to seasoned athletes. Typically these take place at running stores, running clubs and physiotherapy clinics.
