At this very difficult time, we’d like to do what we can to help you stay active. As many people are limited to their homes, with little or no training equipment, we’ve created a bodyweight programme that you can do anywhere. The plan is completely free and it includes the following:
- a thorough warm-up
- a main workout including exercise prescription, sets, reps, rest periods etc
- a full cool down routine
- video demonstrations of every exercise or drill
