The Goblet Squat

The Goblet Squat is a great exercise for strengthening your glutes, legs and core. For technique instruction please watch the video and note the following:

  • Set up feet shoulder width apart and slightly turned out
  • Hold kettle bell or dumbbell at chest level with elbows tucked in as shown
  • Push your hips back and towards the floor keeping your weight through your heels
  • Lower slowly keeping the head and chest up before returning to start position
